WatchTry-On
How it works

From install to live buttons, within days.

There is no IT project. You install, we read your catalog and prepare your products, and the button appears only where an item passed the quality check. Your catalog is live within days.

For the shop

  1. 01

    Install

Shopify: through our app, or one script on the product template. Other platforms: one script tag. We place it for you if you give us theme access.

    minutes
  2. 02

    We read your catalog

Product names, frontal photos and watch dimensions are read through your shop's API feed or a crawler, whichever your platform supports. Existing fields are mapped; nothing new to manage. New products and variants follow automatically.

  3. 03

    Preparation and quality check

Each watch or strap is cut out and aligned from your existing photos and quality-checked before it goes live; anything that cannot be rendered faithfully is held back. The button placement and look are matched to your shop.

    typically within 24 h
  4. 04

    Live

The button renders only on products that passed. New products follow automatically.

For the shopper

  1. 01

    Open the try-on

Tap Try on next to the product on the product page.

  2. 02

Add a wrist or watch photo and pick the wrist size

A wrist photo for the view on the wrist; for straps, a photo of the watch. The shopper picks their wrist size, or measures it on screen with an object as reference, e.g. a bank card.

  3. 03

    See it at true size

Switch products, zoom, save a picture of the combination.

Integration

Nothing in your theme changes.

The try-on runs in its own frame served from our servers, so it cannot conflict with your theme and gets updates without any work on your side. Your page only carries the button. Any web shop. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Shopware, BigCommerce, Wix and custom storefronts; we adapt to your platform.

Photos

What happens to the customer's photo.

Photos are used to render the try-on for that customer, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted or anonymised after a retention period. Details in the privacy policy.

Questions retailers ask before a trial

Does it slow down the product pages?

No. The page loads one small asynchronous script that shows the Try on button; the try-on itself loads only when a customer taps it.

How much work is the integration?

Shopify: install our app and place the button, or add one script to the product template. Other platforms: one script tag, also possible through a tag manager. If you give us access to the theme editor we do it for you.

What data do you need from us?

Usually nothing extra. Your product data usually has everything already: a frontal photo and the watch dimensions. We read them from your shop or feed and map existing fields; nothing new to manage.

Do we need special photos?

No. One frontal, upright, well-lit product image per watch or strap, the kind that is already on your product page.

What access do you need to our shop?

Shopify: install the app; it reads your products. Other shops: we read the public catalog, so no admin permissions are needed; for placing the button we need access to the theme editor, or you place the script yourself.

Can the integration be removed completely?

Yes. Uninstall the app or remove the script, and your shop is exactly as it was.

What happens to the customers' photos?

Photos are used to render the try-on for that customer, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted or anonymised after a retention period. Details are in the privacy policy.
