Pricing questions
What counts as a try-on item?
One watch or strap design in one colour or finish. Sizes of the same design count once, and it makes no difference whether colours are listed as variants or as separate products.
We are a small brand. Is there a plan for us?
Yes. Growing brands get starter conditions that cover the full current catalog with room to grow, with everything else identical to the full package. Tell us your catalog size.
What impact can we expect?
Shops add it to sell more: a shopper who has seen the watch at true size on their own wrist orders with more confidence, and studies of virtual try-on in e-commerce report higher conversion and fewer returns. Our customers tell us about fewer size questions, fewer size-related returns and longer time on the product page. How large the effect is depends on your catalog, traffic and price point, so we do not publish uplift percentages; the free trial on your own shop is the honest way to find out.
How does the free trial work?
The try-on runs on your own shop with your own products for a few weeks, without payment details. Nothing starts automatically afterwards; you decide based on how your customers use it.
Does a subscription start automatically after the trial?
No. Nothing starts unless you actively decide to continue.
Can we agree longer terms or special conditions?
Yes. Monthly plans are the default; longer terms, multi-storefront setups and custom requirements are agreed individually.
Not sure what it would cost?
Send us your shop URL. We count the try-on items for you and reply with a plan, and the free trial starts whenever you want.
